Bicycle Power Trading Return & Restocking Policy

Bicycle Power Trading wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions only, and within Bicycle Power Trading’s 10-Day Returns Period (cooling off period):

• Return Period:  

You must contact Bicycle Power Trading and request your return within 10-days from the delivery date of your order as determined by BPT’s courier delivery reports, via the completion of the online returns form which must be submitted to Bicycle Power Trading. (Click Here)

•  Item Condition:  

The product must be unopened and unused, ready for the collection time agreed with Bicycle Power Trading.

Your product must be returned in the condition it was sent out from Bicycle Power Trading’s offices, new, unopened and unused in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. 

Ensure you do not affix any labels or tape directly to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging. 

Bicycle Power Trading is entitled to refuse the return or deduct any reduced value because of the product not being in the above condition.

• Return Process:  

Bicycle Power Trading offers a returns collection service through our courier partners. All returned orders must be returned to Bicycle Power Trading on a collection organized by ourselves (Bicycle Power Trading).

Please complete the online returns form and submit this to Bicycle Power Trading. Thereafter, contact our Customer Services team to arrange a collection by email (info@bicyclepower.co.za).

After the courier service has collected the return item(s) from you, it usually takes between one to three working day for the products to be delivered to Bicycle Power Trading. Once the item(s) arrive with Bicycle Power Trading, they will be inspected and your credit (minus all deductions) will be issued within five working days. 

Form of Payment:  

For returned items, refunds will be issued as credit to the retailer's account, only. 

Credits to the retailer's account will usually be processed within 5 working days after the items have been received in our warehouse.

Restocking Fee: 

Except for items that are returned for being damaged or defective or items that were shipped in error, at Bicycle Power Trading’s discretion, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items, a restocking fee of a maximum of 10% (incl. VAT) of the value of the returned item will be charged. 

This restocking fee will be deducted from the amount to be credited to the retailer's account.

Return Shipping: 

The return freight costs to Bicycle Power Trading warehouse (30 Barbeque Bend, Hyperion Road, Midrand) will be for your account, charged at R155.00 ex VAT (for flyer bags), or R250.00 ex VAT (for large boxes or boxes that contain liquids / hazardous goods). 

This will be deducted from the amount to be credited to the retailer's account.
